Haute Aviation, a prominent business aviation company, is seeking a First Officer to join its expanding fleet based in Switzerland. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a professional team operating in the premium segment of European business aviation, managing a diverse fleet including jets, turboprops, and helicopters.
About the Role
The First Officer will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of flying proficiency, safety, and situational awareness. Key aspects of the role include the consistent application of Crew Resource Management (CRM), Threat and Error Management (TEM), strong airmanship, sound decision-making, and effective teamwork. The successful candidate will be dedicated to continuous learning and professional development, strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and providing exceptional customer service with absolute discretion.
Key Responsibilities

Stay current with all applicable regulations, standards, and aviation best practices.

Strictly adhere to all operational procedures and checklists outlined in the Operations Manual.

Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and safety awareness during all flight operations.

Collaborate effectively with flight crew, ground personnel, and operational teams.

Support safe, efficient, and customer-focused aircraft operations.

Promptly provide all requested documentation to competent authorities.

Submit relevant documentation through NP Flight Operations for forwarding to appropriate authorities.
Requirements

EASA Frozen ATPL or higher qualification.

A minimum of 1,500 hours of total flight time.

Good knowledge of business aviation operations.

Strong administrative skills, with the ability to articulate their contribution to efficient aircraft operations in a cover letter.

Strong customer service skills.

Fluency in written and spoken English.
Qualifications (Advantageous)

BD700 type rating.

At least 500 hours on the Global or a comparable aircraft type.
