Position Overview
The company is seeking a qualified First Officer with extensive Airbus experience to join the A350 flight deck team. The successful candidate will operate international routes while contributing to the company's commitment to quality and safety.
Responsibilities

Execute flight operations safely, efficiently, and punctually, ensuring high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Manage flight preparation and execution in accordance with corporate operational standards.

Maintain professional communication and collaboration with flight crews, ground personnel, and air traffic control.

Provide operational support to the Commander and assume responsibility as required.

Demonstrate comprehensive technical knowledge of aircraft systems and maintain operational accountability.

Participate in the Mixed Fleet Flying concept, with future deployment on the A320 fleet to ensure operational flexibility.
Requirements

EASA Part-FCL ATPL license with a valid Type Rating for A350 or A330 (or expired by a maximum of one year).

Minimum of 1,000 flight hours on A350 and/or 2,000 flight hours on A330.

Valid EASA Medical Class 1 certificate.

Comprehensive flight experience documentation, including current simulator and line checks.

Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2/ICAO Level 4).

Clean criminal record and a professional, team-oriented personality with leadership qualities.

Citizenship of Switzerland or an EU-27/EFTA member state.
