First Officer - Dassault Falcon 7X

We are currently seeking a professional First Officer to join our Aircraft Management division to operate a privately managed Dassault Falcon 7X.
Role Overview
As a First Officer on the Dassault Falcon 7X, you will operate under our EASA AOC on worldwide international flights. This role is part of our private management portfolio and requires a high degree of professionalism, safety consciousness, and operational excellence. Candidates must be prepared to work within a dynamic team and adapt to a global flight schedule.
Key Responsibilities

Operate the Dassault Falcon 7X safely and efficiently in compliance with EASA requirements, company SOPs, and all applicable regulations.

Plan and execute worldwide, ultra-long-range international flights.

Support the growth of the Falcon 7X fleet through the sharing of experience and best practices.

Maintain the highest standards of Crew Resource Management (CRM) and team cooperation.

Execute all pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight procedures.

Coordinate with dispatch, ATC, ground operations, and the Cabin Host to ensure seamless, high-quality passenger experiences.

Ensure full compliance with international aviation, customs, and immigration regulations.

Maintain all currency, recency, and mandatory training requirements.

Manage accurate completion of all flight documentation, journey logs, and operational records.
Candidate Requirements

Valid EASA ATPL, Advanced UPRT, and EASA Medical Class 1.

Minimum 1,000 total flight hours.

Minimum 500 IFR flight hours in EASA CAT operations.

Minimum 200 Falcon 7X/8X flight hours.

Valid Dassault Falcon 7X Type Rating (Mandatory).

Fluency in English (minimum ICAO level 5); knowledge of French is considered an asset.

Valid, unrestricted EU Passport with the right to travel to the US (B1/B2 & C1/D visas appreciated).

Residency within a 2-hour travel radius of Geneva or a willingness to relocate prior to commencement.

Clear criminal record and no security restrictions; subject to psychological assessment, drug screening, and police background checks.
Working Conditions

Schedule: Indicative 14/14 roster, subject to flexibility based on operational requirements.

Note: Hotel accommodation at the base is not provided on non-flying days; proximity to Geneva is a firm requirement.
