Edelweiss is seeking experienced Airbus A320 pilots looking to advance their professional aviation career. Candidates possessing at least 1,800 hours on the A320 will have the opportunity for an accelerated transition to the A350 for long-haul operations.
Responsibilities

Operate Edelweiss aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring punctuality, operational economy, and a high-quality experience for guests.

Conduct flight preparation and execution in accordance with Edelweiss standards.

Collaborate effectively with flight crews, ground personnel, and air traffic control.

Support the Commander in all aspects of flight operations and serve as a designated deputy.

Maintain expert knowledge of aircraft systems and perform all duties with a high level of responsibility.
Requirements

ATPL license (EASA Part-FCL) with a valid A320 Type Rating.

Minimum of 1,800 flight hours on the A320.

Valid Medical Class 1 certificate.

Documented flight records (current simulator and line checks) and an above-average performance profile.

Submission of a cover letter.

Proficiency in German and English (English level B2 / ICAO Level 4).

Impeccable personal record, with a mature, loyal, and ethical personality characterized by strong social skills and leadership potential.

Swiss citizenship or citizenship of EU-27/EFTA states.
