A320 First Officer – Transition to A350

Edelweiss is seeking experienced aviation professionals to join our flight operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity for pilots with extensive Airbus A320 experience to accelerate their professional development through a transition to the A350 fleet, supporting our long-haul network.

Position Overview

Successful candidates will leverage their current expertise on the A320 platform to undertake retraining for the A350. This position is ideal for motivated pilots looking to advance their careers within a premier airline environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid EASA Part-FCL ATPL license with an active A320 Type Rating.
• Minimum of 1,800 flight hours on the A320 aircraft.
• Current EASA Medical Class 1 certificate.
• Fully documented flight performance record, including current simulator and line checks.
• Demonstrated above-average performance profile.
• Professional proficiency in German and English (minimum ICAO Level 4 / B2 English).
