Position Overview
SWISS, the leading airline in Switzerland, is seeking qualified pilots to join our flight operations team. The selected candidate will act as an official representative of the airline, ensuring the safety and punctuality of passengers, crew, and cargo.
Key Responsibilities

Operate SWISS aircraft in a safe, efficient, punctual, and economical manner, maintaining high quality standards.

Execute flight preparation and operations in accordance with SWISS protocols.

Maintain professional communication and collaboration with flight crews, ground staff, and air traffic control.

Support and deputize for the Commander in all operational matters.

Proactively manage continuous professional development and knowledge retention.

Demonstrate responsible and sustainable operational practices.

Exhibit personal integrity, professional maturity, loyalty, social competence, and leadership potential.
Required Qualifications

Completed secondary education (Matura/Abitur) or equivalent vocational diploma (HF).

Valid EASA Part-FCL ATPL(A), CPL(A)/IR with ATPL theory, or MPL license.

Valid Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) certificate.

Valid Medical Class 1 certificate.

Minimum of 600 flight hours (MTOM >5.7 tonnes).

Complete and documented flight record (logbook extracts, licenses, etc.).

Citizenship of Switzerland, EU-27, or EFTA member states.

Advanced German language skills (minimum C1 level if not a native/everyday speaker) and proficient English skills (minimum ICAO Level 4).

Impeccable personal record (no criminal history).

Willingness to receive vaccinations approved in Switzerland (including COVID-19, Yellow Fever, etc.).

Height requirement: 160–198 cm.

Maximum age: 56 years (based on the Collective Labour Agreement).

Proof of Advanced UPRT training (compliant with EASA.FCL.745).
