About the Role

As a Pilot with SWISS, you will represent the airline, ensuring the safe and punctual arrival of guests at their destinations. You will share responsibility for the aircraft, crew, passengers, and cargo.

• Operate SWISS aircraft safely and efficiently, prioritizing punctuality, economy, and a high standard of quality for guests.
• Prepare and conduct flights in accordance with SWISS regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with the crew, ground personnel, and air traffic control.
• Support and deputize for the Commander in all aspects of flight operations.
• Maintain and enhance professional knowledge independently.
• Act with responsibility and sustainability.
• Exhibit integrity, maturity, loyalty, social competence, and leadership potential.

Requirements

• Completed education with Matura/Abitur, HF diploma, or general university entrance qualification.
• ATPL(A) / CPL(A)/IR with ATPL theory / MPL license (EASA Part-FCL).
• MCC document.
• Medical Class 1.
• Minimum 600 flight hours (MTOM > 5.7 tonnes).
• Uninterrupted documented flight performance record (flight log extract, license, etc.).
• Swiss citizenship or EU-27/EFTA passport.
• Excellent German language skills (minimum B2 level required if German is not a native or everyday language) and good conversational English skills (minimum ICAO Level 4).
• Impeccable criminal record.
• Willingness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Switzerland (including COVID-19, Yellow Fever, etc.).
• Height: 160-198 cm.
• Maximum age: 56 years, in accordance with the GAV.
• Advanced UPRT Training according to EASA.FCL.745 (document to be attached).
