Candidate Profile & Requirements:

The successful candidate is either a career changer or brings prior professional experience as a Flight Attendant. Excellent command of both German and English languages is essential. A high degree of service orientation and commitment is required, alongside strong communication, flexibility, and teamwork skills. The role demands an open, friendly demeanor and a well-groomed appearance. Candidates should possess pronounced intercultural competence and good swimming skills. Visual acuity must be between +/- 5 diopters.

Eligibility criteria include holding a valid and unrestricted EU passport (minimum 6 months validity); non-EU citizens require an unlimited residence permit and work permit. Candidates must have reliable internet access, a personal email address, and be reachable by telephone. Residency within a maximum distance of 50 km (1 hour) from the individual base station is mandatory. Holding an EASA Cabin Crew Attestation, a valid reliability check, or a valid Medical certificate is considered advantageous.

Minimum age requirements apply: Candidates for the Cabin Crew Member position must be at least 18 years old. For the Senior Cabin Crew Member position, candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a minimum of 12 months of experience as a Senior Flight Attendant (SCCM/PUR).

The Company Offers:

The company provides comprehensive initial training, typically lasting around 4 weeks, accompanied by an allowance during the training period. Successful candidates will receive a 24-month contract with the potential for subsequent permanent employment. An attractive basic salary package is offered, encompassing 65 block hours plus additional allowances. Prior Flight Attendant experience is taken into consideration for salary classification. Overtime is compensated: EUR 40.00 per block hour from the 65th hour, and EUR 55.00 per block hour from the 80th hour. An away-from-base allowance is provided during flight assignments, as is commission on onboard sales.

Further benefits include the provision of a uniform and a monthly uniform cleaning allowance. Employees are entitled to 35 days of annual leave.
