The Ryanair Group, Europe's largest airline, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our professional cabin crew team. We invite motivated candidates to attend our Cabin Crew Information Day in Ulm on June 4th to learn about career opportunities at our 90+ operational bases for the upcoming Autumn/Winter season.

Position Overview

As a cabin crew member, you will deliver world-class safety and customer service experiences to our guests. This role requires flexibility and commitment, operating across a fixed 5/3 roster pattern with early morning and late-night shifts. Successful candidates will undergo a 6-week, company-funded training course that includes safety certifications and supernumerary flights.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must possess the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel within the EU.
  • Height must be between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Adaptable to shift work and committed to a "can-do" service attitude.
  • Strong passion for travel and interpersonal engagement.
