Contract Type: Permanent Full-Time (Non-commuting)

Marabu Airlines is redefining leisure travel in Germany, operating a modern fleet of Airbus A320 NEO aircraft. We are seeking an experienced Senior Cabin Crew Member to join our expanding team. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining our high standards of service, safety, and onboard operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience: Currently flying as a Senior Cabin Crew Member (minimum 12 months) on Airbus aircraft.
  • Documentation: Mandatory submission of official SCCM rank verification from current HR department and a Block Hours confirmation letter.
  • Certifications: Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and a valid aeronautical medical certificate.
  • Citizenship & Residency: Legal right to live and work in Germany and the EU.
  • Logistics: Ability to reach the assigned home base airport within 60 minutes at all times.
  • Education & Physical Standards: Secondary school diploma; minimum age 18; minimum height 158 cm; ability to swim unassisted.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken). German language proficiency is highly valued, with a commitment to further development.
  • Compliance: Must have no criminal record.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrable leadership, problem-solving, communication skills, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Coordination: Oversee and support cabin crew to ensure seamless in-flight operations.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and development to cabin crew members.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain industry-leading standards for passenger comfort and customer service.
  • Safety & Compliance: Manage emergency procedures, pre-flight safety checks, and strict adherence to aviation regulations.
  • Sales Performance: Drive in-flight sales and promotional initiatives.
  • Communication: Act as the primary liaison between flight deck and cabin crew, managing all necessary incident documentation and reporting.
