First Officer A32X (Without A320 Type Rating)

As a First Officer on the A32X fleet, the successful candidate:
- Serves as the Captain's deputy and an integral part of a dynamic flight crew.
- Is actively involved in the planning, execution, and management of flights.
- Carries co-responsibility for the aircraft and the entire crew's safety and welfare.
- Independently pilots A320/A321 aircraft.
- Navigates to impressive destinations and challenging airports across the short and medium-haul network.
Qualifications Profile:
The ideal candidate possesses a strong passion for aviation and demonstrates the following:
- Holds an EASA ATPL, CPL (IR) with ATPL Theory, or MPL.
- Possesses a Type Rating on CS-25 aircraft (preferred).
- Demonstrates fluent proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written, meeting Language Proficiency Level 4.
- Has achieved a general, subject-specific, or university entrance qualification.
- Holds a valid Medical Class 1 certificate; a negative drug test from an AMC is required prior to employment.
- Requires vision correction not exceeding +/- 3 dioptres.
- Holds a valid residence and work permit for Germany, along with an unrestricted passport.
