Job Summary
Marabu Airlines is recruiting experienced and dedicated First Officers for the A320 NEO fleet across our Nuremberg, Leipzig, and Hamburg bases. The First Officer will be instrumental in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and delivering an exceptional travel experience. This is a full-time, non-commuting contract position within a growing airline family.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety of all flights.

Provide comfort and an exceptional experience for passengers.

Operate the A320 NEO aircraft in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements

EASA ATPL (A) or CPL (A) with ATPL credit or MPL (A) without operator bonding.

Valid A320 Type Rating.

ICAO Aviation English Level 5 or above.

EASA Medical Certificate Class 1.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

No minimum flying hours are required; however, only a limited number of cadet positions are currently available.
