First Officer A320/A321 (Short- & Medium-Haul)
Condor is seeking highly motivated and qualified First Officers to join its dynamic flight operations team. Key Responsibilities
- As the Captain's deputy, the First Officer serves as an integral part of a dynamic team, actively participating in the meticulous planning, efficient execution, and overall management of flights.
- The First Officer bears co-responsibility for the safety and operational integrity of the aircraft and the well-being of the entire crew.
- This position requires the independent piloting of A320/A321 aircraft, navigating to impressive destinations and challenging airports across short- and medium-haul routes.
Candidate Profile
Prospective First Officers must demonstrate a profound passion for aviation and possess the following qualifications:
- A valid EASA ATPL, CPL (IR) with ATPL Theory and MCC, or MPL.
- Preferably, a Type Rating on CS-25 aircraft.
- Completion of Advanced UPRT Training.
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English, achieving Language Proficiency Level 4.
- A recognized higher education entrance qualification (e.g., Allgemeine Fachhochschulreife, Hochschulreife, or fachgebundene Hochschulreife).
- A valid Medical Class 1 certificate. A negative drug test from an approved Aero-Medical Center (AMC) is mandatory prior to employment.
- Visual acuity correction not exceeding +/- 3 diopters.
- Possession of a valid residence and work permit for Germany, along with an unrestricted passport.
Note: Applicants with a valid A320 Type Rating will receive prioritization in the selection process. Condor acknowledges IP BQ certificates.
