About the Role
The First Officer A32X will serve as a vital member of the flight crew, deputizing for the Captain and actively participating in flight planning, execution, and management. This position entails significant responsibility for the aircraft and the entire crew, ensuring safe and efficient operations on short and medium-haul routes to diverse and challenging destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a deputy to the Captain, contributing to the dynamic team environment.
- Take an active role in the planning, execution, and shaping of flights.
- Share responsibility for the aircraft and the overall crew.
- Independently command A320/321 aircraft.
- Operate flights to impressive destinations and demanding airports on short and medium-haul routes.
Candidate Profile
Condor is looking for candidates with a strong passion for aviation and the required qualifications. An ideal candidate possesses the following:
Qualifications and Experience:
- EASA ATPL, CPL (IR) with ATPL theory and MCC or MPL.
- Preference for a Type Rating on CS-25 aircraft.
- Advanced UPRT Training.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) with Language Proficiency Level 4.
- General higher education entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife, Hochschulreife, or fachgebundene Hochschulreife).
- Valid Medical Class 1. A negative drug test from an AMC will be required upon hiring.
- Visual acuity correctable to a maximum of +/- 3 diopters.
- Valid residence and work permit for Germany.
- Possession of an unrestricted passport.
