As a pilot for Discover Airlines, the successful candidate will operate in alignment with company missions and procedures, integrating into an organization with a start-up mentality. Responsibilities include in-flight administration, such as reporting and accounting duties.
Candidate Requirements

Possession of an EASA ATPL (A) license.

Valid A320 Type Rating and IR Multi Engine rating.

Minimum of 2,500 hours total PIC on CS-25 aircraft with >5.7T MTOW.

Valid TRI/TRE qualification (minimum of 2 years TRI experience preferred).

Valid Medical Class I certificate.

Educational qualification equivalent to German university or technical college entrance standards (Hochschulreife / Fachhochschulreife / fachgebundene Hochschulreife).

English proficiency: Minimum ICAO Language Proficiency Level 4.

German proficiency: B2 level or higher preferred for non-native speakers (proven by specified assessment centers).

Valid EU passport or a passport with equivalent entry restrictions.

Capacity to reach the home base within 90 minutes during stand-by duties.

Reliable internet access.
