Cabin Crew Member - Marabu Airlines

As we continue to grow, we are seeking passionate individuals to join our team for this permanent, full-time position.
Position Overview
This role is designed for individuals without prior flying experience or those who do not currently hold an active EASA Cabin Crew Attestation. Comprehensive training is provided, and no valid license is required to apply. Please note that training commences in July 2026; candidates must be available to begin at that time.

Requirements

Minimum Age:
18 years.

Documentation:
Valid passport without limitations and no criminal record.

Citizenship:
Legal right to live and work in Germany and the EU.

Physical Criteria:
Minimum height of 158 cm; medical fitness and the ability to swim unassisted.

Health:
Must be able to obtain a health certificate according to EASA regulations.

Education:
Completed secondary education.

Languages:
Fluency in written and spoken German and English.

Logistics:
Ability to reach the airport of the assigned home base station within 60 minutes at any time.

Personal Attributes:
Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, empathy, strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
