Experienced Cabin Crew - Frankfurt Base
Marabu Airlines is seeking experienced Cabin Crew members to join our team at our new Frankfurt base. As we expand our Airbus A320neo fleet, we remain dedicated to providing exceptional service and memorable travel experiences. This is a permanent, fixed-base position within a dynamic leisure airline serving the German market.
Job Responsibilities

Provide professional, high-quality hospitality to ensure passenger comfort throughout all flights.

Execute all safety and security procedures, including safety checks and emergency equipment demonstrations, in accordance with aviation regulations.

Promote and support onboard sales to enhance the passenger experience.

Collaborate with the flight and cabin team to maintain efficient, safe, and professional cabin operations.
Candidate Requirements

Age: Minimum 18 years old.

Height: Minimum 158 cm.

Education: Completed secondary education.

Certification: Must hold a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation.

Experience: Proven cabin crew experience.

Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; all levels of German proficiency are welcome, with an encouraged willingness to improve German language skills over time.

Legal Status: Must have the legal right to live and work in Germany and the EU.

Medical Fitness: Possession of a valid aeromedical certificate and the ability to swim unassisted.

Background: Clean criminal record.

Residency: Must be able to reach the Frankfurt home base station within 60 minutes at any time.
