Job Title: Cabin Crew (Talent Pool)

Marabu Airlines, a dynamic leisure airline serving the German market, is expanding its Airbus A320neo fleet. We are currently building a talent pool of experienced Cabin Crew for future opportunities, with positions expected to become available from Winter 2027.

Role Overview

As a member of our Cabin Crew team, you are at the heart of every journey. We are seeking professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service and unforgettable travel experiences. You will operate on modern Airbus A320neo aircraft, maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, professional hospitality to ensure passenger comfort throughout every flight.
Execute safety and security procedures, conduct rigorous safety checks, demonstrate emergency equipment, and ensure full compliance with aviation regulations.
Support onboard sales and promote products designed to enhance the passenger experience.
Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe cabin operations.

Requirements

Age: Minimum 18 years.
Height: Minimum 158 cm.
Education: Completed secondary education.
Certification: Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation.
Experience: Documented cabin crew experience with a valid EASA attestation.
Citizenship/Right to Work: Must have the legal right to live and work in Germany and the EU.
Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English; all levels of German are welcomed, with an encouraged willingness to improve German proficiency over time.
Medical Fitness: Hold a valid aeromedical certificate and possess the ability to swim unassisted.
Background: No criminal record.
Location: Ability to reach your designated airport base within 60 minutes at any time.
Attributes: Excellent teamwork skills, adaptability to change, and the ability to remain calm and professional in fast-moving environments, including during onboard emergencies.
