Cabin Crew Member - Frankfurt Base
Marabu Airlines is expanding its leisure flight operations in Germany with a modern Airbus A320neo fleet. The company is seeking motivated individuals to launch their aviation careers as Cabin Crew members at the new Frankfurt base. This opportunity is specifically designed for candidates new to the industry or those without an active EASA Cabin Crew Attestation; no previous flight experience is required. Full training will be provided by Marabu.
Please note that training is scheduled to commence in January 2027, and candidates must be available to begin at that time. Applications must be submitted in English and include both a CV and a cover letter. This is a permanent, Frankfurt-based position.
Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years.

Valid passport without travel limitations.

Citizenship: Legal right to live and work in Germany and the EU.

Minimum height: 158 cm.

Education: Completed secondary education.

Languages: Fluency in written and spoken German and English.

Medical fitness: Ability to swim unassisted and obtain a health certificate according to EASA regulations.

Experience: No prior cabin crew experience required.

Personal attributes: Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, empathy, strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Background: No criminal record.

Residency: Ability to reach the Frankfurt airport base within 60 minutes at any time.
