Requirements

Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Height requirement: Approximately 5'2" (157 cm) to 6'2" (188 cm).

Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.

Proficiency in written and spoken English.

A customer-oriented, hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.

A "can-do" attitude with a passion for travel and meeting new people.

Ability to work a shift roster, including early mornings and late nights.
Training and Professional Growth
Successful candidates will undergo a 6-week training course covering essential safety and customer service protocols. The program includes regular examinations, culminative Supernumerary flights, and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. The Ryanair Group fosters internal development, with career pathways leading to positions such as Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and Director of Inflight.
