Key Responsibilities

Passenger Service:
Provide warm and professional hospitality to ensure passenger comfort throughout the flight.

Safety & Security:
Conduct safety checks, demonstrate emergency procedures, and ensure full compliance with aviation regulations.

In-Flight Sales:
Assist with onboard sales and promote products to enhance the passenger experience.

Teamwork:
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient cabin operations.
Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.

Minimum height of 158 cm.

Completed secondary education.

Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and relevant cabin crew experience.

Right to live and work in Germany and the EU.

Fluency in English (written and spoken); German language skills of all levels are welcomed, with an encouragement to develop German proficiency over time.

Valid aeronautical medical certificate and the ability to swim unassisted.

Excellent communication skills, empathy, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Proven ability to remain calm under pressure, maintain punctuality, and demonstrate flexibility in dynamic environments.

Clean criminal record.

Ability to reach the assigned airport base within 60 minutes at any time.
