Senior Cabin Crew Member (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Provide professional care to passengers from boarding to disembarkation.
- Lead and coordinate the cabin crew during flight operations.
- Ensure seamless service and maintain cabin safety in accordance with EASA regulations.
- Collaborate with the cabin manager and cockpit team to ensure an optimal flight experience.
- Manage quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Complete reporting and administrative tasks after each flight.
Qualifications:
- Valid Cabin Crew Attestation (according to EASA oro.cc 120) and SCCM Training Certificate (according to EASA oro.cc 200).
- Professional experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member or in a similar aviation role.
- Valid aviation medical certificate and current negative drug screening.
- Minimum age of 21 years and minimum height of 1.60m.
- Proficient in English, with German and other languages being advantageous.
- Ability to reach the service location within 90 minutes for standby duties.
- Resilient, with a strong customer service orientation and safety consciousness.
- Proficient in computer skills and has access to a tablet or PC for flight preparation.
- Unrestricted valid passport; for non-EU citizens, a valid residence and work permit.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance and a winning personality.
- Team-oriented with strong social skills.
