Senior Cabin Crew Member
German Airways, Germany’s second-oldest airline, is seeking a dedicated and professional Senior Cabin Crew Member to join its team. With over 60 years of expertise and a modern fleet of Embraer E190 jets, German Airways provides premium wet lease and charter solutions for leading European carriers. The company is currently recruiting for full-time, permanent positions based in Cologne/Bonn and Berlin.
Role Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional passenger care throughout all phases of flight.

Manage and coordinate cabin crew operations during flights.

Ensure the highest standards of cabin safety in strict compliance with EASA regulations.

Facilitate effective collaboration between cabin and cockpit teams to optimize the passenger experience.

Oversee quality management and continuous adherence to safety protocols.

Complete all required flight reporting and administrative documentation post-flight.
Candidate Profile

Must hold a valid Cabin Crew Attestation (EASA ORO.CC.120) and a valid SCCM training certificate (EASA ORO.CC.200).

Proven professional experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member or in a comparable aviation leadership role.

Must possess a valid medical certificate and a current, negative drug screening result.

Valid hygiene training certification in accordance with EU VO 852/2004.

Minimum age of 21 years; minimum height of 1.60 m.

Business fluent in English; proficiency in German or additional languages is considered an asset.

Must be able to reach the designated work location within 90 minutes for on-call duties.

Strong ability to perform under pressure with a focus on service excellence and safety.

Proficient IT skills with reliable access to a tablet or PC for flight preparation.

Valid, unrestricted passport; non-EU citizens must provide a valid residence and work permit.

Demonstrated professional appearance and strong interpersonal communication skills.
