FAI rent-a-jet GmbH, a member of the FAI Aviation Group, is a leading European private jet charter operator and a trusted provider of worldwide VIP passenger flights. The company is currently seeking a full-time VIP Flight Attendant to join its globally operating team.
Role Overview
As a VIP Flight Attendant at FAI, the successful candidate will go beyond delivering exceptional inflight service. They will embody the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and hospitality while representing a premier private jet operator. Serving as a trusted ambassador for FAI, the individual will ensure a seamless and personalized travel experience for up to 15 international guests on worldwide missions. The role requires mastering diverse operational challenges and maintaining a warm, discreet, and reliable environment for passengers.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Flight Attendant in General Aviation, or several years of long-haul experience as a commercial flight attendant (ideally in Business or First Class), or completed training in upscale 5-star hospitality.

Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and impeccable manners.

Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and excellent organizational skills.

Structured and proactive working style with high attention to quality.

High flexibility and willingness to undertake worldwide assignments.

Diplomatic sensitivity and a genuine passion for hosting VIP guests.

Fluent English skills; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

Valid EU work permit and a minimum age of 21 years.
