TUI fly is seeking a dedicated Flight Attendant to join their team in Stuttgart, Germany. This fixed-term position offers an exciting opportunity to ensure passengers experience safe, friendly, and service-focused journeys.
About the Role
The Flight Attendant is responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences through a sales-through-service approach, prioritising passenger safety and well-being. This dynamic role involves executing safety and first-aid procedures, delivering onboard service, and sales initiatives. Flexibility is key, as the position requires adherence to a 24/7 shift operation. Successful candidates will undergo an 8- to 12-week paid training program, with the potential for continued employment beyond the initial 12-month fixed term.

Minimum age of 18 years by 31 January 2027.

Ability to reach a total height of 189 cm with an outstretched arm while barefoot and standing flat-footed.

Proficiency in swimming at least 25 metres.

Completion of required aptitude tests and occupational or aviation medical examinations, including the G35 examination where applicable.

German and English language proficiency, equivalent to CEFR B2 level.

Availability to work shifts within a 24/7 flight programme and be at the base in uniform within 60 minutes.

Possession of a passport valid for at least six months from the start of the course, permitting unrestricted travel to and from Germany to all TUI fly destinations.

Successful completion of a security check (ZÜP).
