Overview:

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Gulfstream G650 Captain to join its operation based at KTEB airport. The ideal candidate is expected to be a collaborative colleague who pursues excellence in all aspects of performance. Essential Responsibilities:

The Captain is primarily responsible for the safe and prudent operation of the Gulfstream G650 aircraft. Key duties include:

• Ensuring the safe operation of the aircraft.
• Conducting flights according to Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Reviewing the aircraft's maintenance status.
• Performing thorough pre-flight inspections in line with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Conducting comprehensive checks of weather, facilities, and alternate airports along the planned route.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers, aircraft, and crew members.
• Accurately completing all required trip paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Total Flight Time: 3000 hours
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 1500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 1500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL) PIC Time: 500 hours
• Turbo Jet Time: 500 hours
• Instrument Time: 250 hours

Specific Qualifications & Certifications:

• Must hold a Type Rating for the Gulfstream G650 or a comparable aircraft type.
• Possession of a valid First Class Medical Certificate is required.
• Must be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Required to complete ICAO International procedures training annually.
• Primary residence must be within a two-hour drive of KTEB or the candidate must be willing to relocate.

Compensation:

Solairus Aviation determines salary ranges based on market conditions and various factors including geographic area, experience level, aircraft type, specific job duties, training, and assigned account. The salary range for Solairus crewmembers is $50,000 to $500,000.
