Minimum Mandatory Qualifications and Flight Experience
Candidates must meet the following stringent regulatory and experience requirements to be considered for this demanding role in executive aviation:
Certifications and Administrative Requirements
- Possession of a current Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) with the appropriate Aircraft Type Rating.
- Ability to obtain and consistently maintain an FAA First Class Medical Certificate without restrictions.
- A minimum of five (5) years of professional aviation experience.
- The candidate must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
Required Minimum Flight Hours
The successful applicant must demonstrate significant flying proficiency, including the following minimum hour requirements:
- Total Fixed Wing Time: 4,000 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 2,000 hours
- Multi-Engine Land: 1,500 hours
- Turbojet Time: 1,500 hours
- Total Turbine Time: 1,500 hours
- Night Flight Time: 100 hours
- Actual or Simulated Instrument Time: 75 hours
Operational Requirements and Dedication
The Captain must demonstrate the exceptional flexibility and dedication necessary for high-tempo, worldwide flight operations:
- Must possess the ability to work flexible and varying schedules based on operational necessity.
- Must be willing and able to travel worldwide extensively, without any geographical, legal, or regulatory restrictions.
