Position Overview
A distinguished aviation organization is actively seeking a highly skilled and professional Captain to pilot the Gulfstream G650 under Part 91 regulations. This full-time position is based at the Westchester County Airport in White Plains, New York (KHPN).
The ideal candidate possesses current type certification on the Gulfstream G650; however, exceptionally qualified Pilots-in-Command (PICs) without the specific type rating, but who demonstrate robust experience profiles, may be considered.
Candidates must establish residency within a two-hour drivable commuting distance of the KHPN base or express a clear willingness to relocate promptly to meet this essential operational requirement.

Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience
Prospective Captains must meet or exceed the following rigorous flight hour and certification standards:
- Total Time: Minimum 3,500 hours.
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: Minimum 2,000 hours.
- Turbine Time: Minimum 1,000 hours.
- Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate is strictly required.
- Aircraft Type Certification is required, coupled with a minimum of 200 hours of experience in type (Gulfstream G650).
- The Captain must possess the unrestricted ability to travel internationally, including to all European Union (EU) nations, Canada, and various Caribbean countries.
Operational and Compliance Requirements
Successful candidates must demonstrate commitment to safety, compliance, and professionalism:
- The candidate must successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- The Captain must maintain compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) and FAA regulations, including submission to periodic and random drug and alcohol testing as required.
- As part of the application process, full, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (including both sides of pilot certificates and current Medical Certificate) must be provided, along with completion of all mandatory disclosure forms.
