Jet Linx is currently seeking qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) candidates for midsize jet aircraft operations, encompassing both Part 91 and Part 135 flight requirements. Candidates must reside within a 2-hour call-out time of the aircraft or demonstrate a willingness to relocate to meet this requirement.
Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Base Chief Pilot, the Pilot in Command is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in strict accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and established company procedures.
Minimum Flight Requirements

Total Time: 3,500 hours

Total PIC: 2,000 hours

Total Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours

Total Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours

Total Turbine: 500 hours

Essential Functions
-
Manage duty, flight, and rest times in compliance with company and CFR requirements.

Maintain consistent communication for standby duty assignments, trip notifications, and required flight reporting.

Oversee the maintenance and management of electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and software applications.

Ensure all navigation charts, publications, and company manuals remain current.

Maintain a valid 1st Class medical certificate.

Exercise proactive, decisive leadership and uphold Jet Linx core values in all professional interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

ATP certification (or ability to obtain).

1st Class Medical and FCC Restricted Radio License.

Current passport and ability to travel without restriction to Canada and the Caribbean.

Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to obtain a valid U.S. driver's license.

Successful completion of an FAA Pilot Record Database review.

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and participate in random drug/alcohol testing programs.

Physical ability to frequently move up to 50 pounds and perform duties in and around aircraft and terminals.

Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred: Initial or recurrent 142 training in type within the previous 24 months.
Compensation and Benefits
Jet Linx provides a competitive compensation package with a starting base annual salary ranging from $145,000 to $200,000, determined by geographic location, aircraft specifications, education, and professional experience. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a 6% company match, paid time off, and company-paid life and short-term disability coverage.
