Falcon 900EX EASy Captain - Palm Beach, FL (KPBI)

Solairus Aviation is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Full-Time Falcon 900EX EASy Captain to join an established operation based at Palm Beach International Airport (KPBI) in West Palm Beach, Florida. Essential Responsibilities:

The Falcon 900EX EASy Captain is primarily responsible for the safe and prudent operation of the aircraft. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ensuring the safe operation of the Falcon 900EX EASy aircraft.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of the aircraft's maintenance status.
  • Performing pre-flight inspections in strict accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
  • Conducting comprehensive checks of weather conditions, facilities along the planned route, intended airports, and necessary alternate airports.
  • Ensuring all flights adhere to the policies and procedures of Solairus Aviation and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Maintaining the highest level of safety for all passengers, the aircraft, and crew members.
  • Accurately completing all required trip paperwork following current procedures.

Qualifications:

Candidates must meet the following minimum flight hour requirements:

  • Total Time: 3000 hours
  • Pilot in Command (PIC): 1500 hours
  • Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
  • Multi-Engine Land Pilot in Command (MEL PIC): 500 hours
  • Time in Turbo Jet: 500 hours
  • Instrument Time: 250 hours

Specific Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Must possess a type rating on the Falcon 900EX EASy or a comparable aircraft.
  • A First Class Medical Certificate is required.
  • Ability to work on an on-call basis is essential.
  • Successful completion of annual ICAO International procedures training is mandatory.
  • Must reside within a two-hour driving radius of KPBI or be willing to relocate.
