Job Summary
Jet Linx, a premier private aviation company, is actively seeking an experienced and highly skilled Pilot in Command for a Falcon 900EX-EASy heavy jet. This full-time position, based in Scottsdale, AZ, supports our distinguished Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations. The Pilot in Command reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot and is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in full compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and established company procedures. The ideal candidate will reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a location that allows for a two-hour response time to the home base.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Ensure meticulous adherence to company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) concerning duty, flight, and rest times.
- Exercise exceptional, proactive decision-making skills to ensure the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency.
- Uphold clear and consistent communication with flight operations for standby duties, trip notifications, and comprehensive pre- and post-flight reporting.
- Proficiently manage all aspects of the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB), including hardware and software applications, while ensuring the currency of all required navigation charts, publications, and company manuals.

Minimum Flight Time Requirements
- Total Time: 3,500 hours
- Total Pilot in Command (PIC): 2,000 hours
- Total Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
- Total Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours
- Total Turbine: 500 hours
- Total Instrument: 300 hours
- Total Time in Type: 250 hours (PIC time may be considered)
Required Qualifications and Certifications
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
- Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and current Passport
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Unrestricted ability to travel internationally, including to the EU, Canada, and the Caribbean
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening, an FAA Pilot Record Database (PRD) review, and a comprehensive background check
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Initial or recurrent FAR Part 142 training in a Falcon 900EX-EASy within the last 24 months is highly preferred.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Ability to frequently lift and move items, such as luggage and equipment, up to 50 pounds.
- Work is primarily conducted in and around aircraft, hangars, and airport terminals.
Compensation and Benefits
Jet Linx offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package. The starting annual base salary for this position ranges from $195,000 to $251,000, commensurate with the candidate's relevant experience, training, and qualifications.
