Job Title: Full-Time Corporate Flight Attendant
Solairus Aviation is seeking a dedicated and flexible Full-Time Flight Attendant to support a commutable operation based in Southern California. This role is integral to providing superior, personalized service while ensuring the highest standards of safety and comfort for passengers in a private aviation environment.
Essential Responsibilities

Provide high-level service to clients, ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout all phases of flight.

Manage cabin security in compliance with federal regulations prior to take-off and landing.

Conduct preflight briefings and ensure all necessary supplies, including food, beverages, emergency equipment, and cabin amenities, are adequately stocked.

Assist passengers in emergencies, including administering basic first aid, CPR, and AED.

Reassure passengers during turbulence or unsettling situations.

Execute specific passenger requests, including provisioning specialized items for flights.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck across all flight legs.

Operate cabin management, audio-visual, and galley equipment, including configuring cabin features such as berthing seats and divan beds.

Complete all required preflight, in-flight, and post-flight documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant.

Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and current First Aid Training Certification.

Culinary skills are required; advanced culinary training is strongly preferred.

Technologically proficient with the ability to operate Cabin Management Systems and mobile devices.

Must maintain flexibility, patience, and the ability to manage a fluctuating schedule, including late-night flights and short-notice standby (2-3 hour response time).

Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide and capacity to deploy for up to 16 consecutive days.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Annual recurrent flight attendant training is required; preference for candidates with training from FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar within the last 12 months.

College degree and fluency in one or more foreign languages preferred; experience with small children is a plus.
Physical Requirements

Vision:
Correctable to 20/20 or better; uncorrected vision no worse than 20/20.

Mobility:
Ability to stand for up to 14 hours; capable of kneeling, stooping, bending, and maneuvering in tight aircraft confinements.

Strength:
Ability to push/pull cabin doors weighing up to 130 lbs; ability to lift 25-30 lbs from floor to waist height repeatedly.

Communication:
Clear speech and effective hearing required for client and pilot communication in flight.
