Job Title: Full-Time Flight Attendant
Solairus Aviation is seeking a dedicated and professional Full-Time Flight Attendant to join a commutable operation based in Southern California. The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility, a commitment to teamwork, and a passion for delivering superior, around-the-clock service to passengers. This role is essential for maintaining the safety, comfort, and exceptional service standards expected in private aviation.
Essential Responsibilities

Provide high-level service to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the duration of flights.

Direct and assist passengers during emergency situations, including the administration of basic first aid (CPR, AED, and first aid) and providing reassurance during turbulence.

Secure the cabin in full compliance with federal regulations prior to take-off and landing.

Conduct comprehensive preflight briefings and ensure all necessary supplies—including food, beverages, emergency equipment, and amenities—are stocked and sufficient for the mission.

Execute passenger-requested shopping for flight provisions.

Inspect, clean, and organize the cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck post-flight to ensure operational readiness.

Complete all required preflight, in-flight, and post-flight documentation.

Operate advanced cabin management, audio-visual, and galley systems.
Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant.

Proven culinary skills and training; advanced culinary training is strongly preferred.

Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and possession of a First Aid Training Certification.

Annual recurrent flight attendant training required.

Technologically proficient with the ability to operate cabin management systems and mobile devices.

Must be available for short-notice deployments (2–3 hour response for Standby) and able to operate in a 16-day consecutive rotation.

Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide, including management of necessary health and visa requirements.

Demonstrated patience, flexibility, and high attention to detail.

College degree and fluency in one or more foreign languages are preferred.

Prior experience working with small children is preferred.
Physical and Environmental Requirements

Vision:
Correctable to 20/20 or better; uncorrected vision no worse than 20/20.

Physical Stamina:
Capable of standing/walking for up to 14 hours; able to kneel, stoop, and maneuver within confined aircraft spaces.

Strength:
Ability to push/pull cabin doors weighing up to 130 lbs and lift supplies (25–30 lbs) from floor to waist height repeatedly.

Communication:
Must be able to speak clearly and maintain effective hearing for communication with pilots and clients during flight.

Solairus Aviation provides a compensation range of $50,000 to $500,000, determined by geographic location, aircraft equipment type, experience level, and specific job duties.
