Overview

Solairus Aviation is seeking a dedicated, professional Full-Time Global 7500 Captain to join a commutable operation based in Southern California. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in performance, upholding Solairus' core values of safety, service, and integrity while ensuring the highest standards of client travel needs.

Essential Responsibilities

The Global 7500 Captain is responsible for the safe and prudent operation of the aircraft, ensuring compliance with Solairus Aviation policies and Federal Aviation Regulations. Key duties include:

• Ensuring the safety of all passengers, crew, and the aircraft.
• Reviewing the maintenance status of the aircraft prior to operation.
• Conducting thorough pre-flight inspections in accordance with the Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Evaluating weather conditions, flight routes, and facilities, including alternate airports.
• Maintaining accurate and timely completion of all trip-related paperwork and documentation.

Qualifications

• Total Time: 3,000 hours
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 1,500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1,500 hours
• MEL PIC: 500 hours
• Turbo Jet Time: 500 hours
• Instrument Time: 250 hours

Specific Requirements and Certifications

• Type rated on Global 7500 or comparable aircraft.
• Current First-Class Medical certificate.
• Ability to work on an on-call basis.
• Annual completion of ICAO International procedures training.
• Primary residence within the West Coast region or willingness to relocate.

Compensation

Solairus provides competitive compensation based on market conditions. Crewmember salaries range from $50,000 to $500,000, determined by factors including geographic location, experience, aircraft type, job responsibilities, and specific account requirements.
