Primary Job Duties
The primary responsibility of the Flight Attendant is to ensure the safety of passengers while providing professional service onboard. Key duties include:

Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.

Contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Preparing, serving, and restocking in-flight beverages, meals, and snacks, and conducting onboard sales.

Greeting passengers, assisting with carry-on baggage, and delivering announcements.

Providing leadership and assistance during emergency and non-emergency situations.

Resolving passenger-related issues, including disorderly conduct or medical emergencies.

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations by operating and inspecting cabin systems and emergency equipment (e.g., escape slides, fire extinguishers, oxygen bottles, and AEDs).

Adhering to performance standards independently.
Minimum Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalency.

Valid U.S. or foreign passport book (valid for at least 12 months from application date) and necessary visas for travel between the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas.

Excellent English communication skills for safety briefings and technical reporting.

Proficiency in utilizing electronic devices and Portable Electronic Devices (PEDs) for operational and training tasks.

Willingness to work varied shifts up to 16 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to travel frequently and work independently for extended periods.

Reliability and punctuality.

Willingness to relocate to an assigned crew domicile, including: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boise, ID; Chicago, IL; Colorado Springs, CO; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Fresno, CA; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Palm Springs, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or Tucson, AZ.
Physical and Appearance Standards

Height must be between 5'0" and 6'0" (without shoes) to ensure safe operation of aircraft and equipment.

Ability to perform physical tasks: frequent walking, bending, reaching, operating emergency exits/doors (up to 45 lbs), and moving beverage carts (up to 250 lbs).

Corrected vision not to exceed 20/40.

Normal or corrected hearing range within 15-17kHZ.

Professional appearance: Neat, clean grooming; adherence to uniform standards.

Specific guidelines apply to hair, piercings, and tattoos (visible tattoos allowed with limitations; must be covered if non-compliant).
Compensation and Benefits

Starting pay: $30.32 per flight hour.

Monthly guarantee: 76 flight hours (paid regardless of hours flown while on reserve).

Per Diem: $2.25 for every hour on duty away from the domicile.
