To be considered for a pilot position with STAJets, the candidate must possess an Airline Transport Multi-Engine Land certificate or have completed the written examination, and hold a current FAA First Class Medical certificate. Furthermore, they must have a minimum of 2500 hours total pilot time, with 750 hours as Pilot-in-Command, and 1000 hours in fixed-wing multi-engine aircraft. Additionally, the candidate should have 25 hours of Second-in-Command time in type.
