The Talent Acquisition Specialist is instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent for various positions within Jet Linx Aviation. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer management.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles within the aviation sector.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and human resources.

Qualifications
