Position Overview:
FlyUSA is seeking a professional and safety-minded First Officer to join our growing team, operating the Citation Ultra & Bravo (CE-500 series) under Part 135. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the flight experience.

Location: Tampa, Florida (KTPA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Citation Ultra safely and efficiently under Part 135 flight operations.
• Collaborate with the Captain to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, maintaining discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Participate in pre- and post-flight inspections, flight planning, and documentation procedures.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Total Time: 1,000 hours
• Total PIC Time: 500 hours
• Multi-Engine PIC Time: 200 hours
• 1st Class FAA Medical Certificate
• FCC Restricted Radio Operator’s License
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Valid passport and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Strong customer service orientation and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Turbine Time: 250 hours or more
• Experience in CE-500 series aircraft or other Citation variants
• Previous Part 135 flight experience

Compensation:

• Schedule: Full-time position only; 8/6
