Position Summary: First Officer - U.S. Aviation Pathway Program

Amerijet International Airlines is actively recruiting safety-conscious, professional, and skilled pilots for its U.S. Aviation Pathway Program. This program is designed for individuals who possess not only exceptional technical flying abilities but also a genuine passion for aviation and a commitment to operational excellence. • Effectively manage a diverse range of situations, collaborating with team members and clients.
• Perform duties with independence or as part of a team, requiring minimal supervision.
• Ensure the safe, on-time, and efficient operation of all company aircraft.
• Adapt to varying work environments across diverse global climates and locations, including variable shift schedules.
• Provide leadership and expertise in responding to both emergency and non-emergency situations.

Basic Student Qualifications for Interview Consideration:

• Possession of a Private Pilot Certificate with an Instrument Rating.
• Submission of a completed application.
• Provision of two character references.

Program Requirements for Selected Students:

Upon successful selection and entry into the program, students will be required to successfully complete the following:

• Obtain a Commercial Pilot Certificate with a Multi-Engine Rating.
• Obtain a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate, as stipulated by U.S. Aviation employment requirements.

Additional Essential Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
• Must meet age requirements as defined by FAA FAR Part 121 regulations.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Hold a current, unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with an airplane category multi-engine class rating and an English proficiency endorsement.
• Possess a valid First Class Medical Certificate.
• Vision corrected to 20/20 for distance and 20/40 or better for near vision in each eye.
• Hold an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Proficiency in learning and utilizing Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs).
• Fluency in speaking and understanding the English language.
• Hold a valid, unrestricted passport.
• Minimum of 1500 hours of total fixed-wing pilot time.
