The ideal candidate upholds high standards, skillfully manages diverse situations, and demonstrates responsibility for the safe, on-time, and efficient operation of the aircraft. This role demands the ability to work independently or with limited supervision, adapt to varying climates and locations worldwide, and handle variable shifts. Pilots must also provide leadership in emergency and non-emergency situations.
Amerijet partners with select aviation programs. For students participating in the Pathway Program, specific qualifications apply, including maintaining a cumulative 3.0 GPA in a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science degree program, completion of at least thirty hours of academic credit, and submission of faculty recommendations. Upon completion of the degree and other program requirements, qualified participants may be offered employment with Amerijet, contingent on a successful background check.
