Responsibilities and Role

As a member of the Ryanair Cabin Crew family, the primary focus is on ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and top-class inflight experience for guests. While no prior experience is necessary, successful candidates will undergo world-leading, complimentary training designed to equip them with all fundamental skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering best-in-class customer service.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers during flights.
  • Operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working effectively within a team to provide a seamless inflight experience.
  • Being adaptable to varying shift patterns, including early starts (as early as 5 am) and late finishes (until midnight).

Qualifications and Requirements

Prospective candidates should possess the following:

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height between approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and assist another person in the water.
  • A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Adaptability to shift work.
  • Enjoyment of interacting with the public and a commitment to providing excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Comfort in speaking and writing in English, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
  • A genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
