The Role and Expectations
The role of Cabin Crew is both exciting and demanding, with an unwavering focus on safety as the number one priority. The position requires flexibility to operate early and late shifts, potentially starting as early as 5 am or finishing as late as midnight, depending on the roster. Key Requirements for Applicants
- Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Must be between approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.
- Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and be capable of assisting another person in the water.
- Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English; the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment is mandatory.
- A genuine passion for travel and connecting with diverse individuals.
