The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member commences with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This training covers all fundamental skills necessary for the role, including rigorous safety protocols and delivering outstanding customer service. The course involves study, regular examinations, and culminates in Supernumerary flights before achieving Cabin Crew Wings.
Life as Cabin Crew is dynamic and rewarding, requiring flexibility and dedication. The role is demanding, with safety being the paramount priority. Crew members operate varying shift patterns, including early starts from 5 am and late finishes extending until midnight. Adaptability to a shift roster is essential.
As a member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew, individuals are immersed in a supportive culture from day one. Opportunities for advancement are extensive, including pathways to becoming a Senior Cabin Crew Member (Number 1), Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even roles within Inflight Management.
