Joining the Ryanair Group cabin crew family involves delivering top-class safety and customer service to guests daily. Crew members operate on a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster pattern, which includes operating both early and late shifts, with duties potentially starting as early as 5 am or finishing near midnight. Safety is the paramount priority in this demanding yet rewarding position.
The journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member begins with an intensive 6-week training course. This free, internationally recognised course covers all fundamental skills required for the role, including safety procedures and customer service excellence. The training involves regular study and exams, culminating in supervised Supernumerary flights before receiving the coveted Cabin Crew Wings. A daily per diem and paid training allowance are provided during this period.
