Role Overview and Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety standards while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a demanding position that requires adaptability and a commitment to a shift-based lifestyle, including early morning and late-night operations.

Candidate Criteria:

  • Unrestricted right to live, work, and travel within the EU.
  • Height between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Outgoing, friendly, and hardworking personality.
  • "Can-do" attitude and passion for customer service and travel.

Training and Career Progression

New recruits will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course covering fundamental safety and service skills. The program includes regular assessments and culminates in supernumerary flights. Ryanair offers clear paths for advancement, including roles such as Number 1, Base Supervisor, and Regional Manager.
