Candidate Requirements

  • Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height requirement: Approximately 157 cm to 188 cm.
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Adaptable to working a shift roster, including early and late hours.
  • A passion for travel and meeting new people.

Professional Expectations

Safety is the primary responsibility of all cabin crew. The role requires commitment to a demanding shift roster, with duty start times as early as 05:00 and completion times as late as midnight. Candidates will undergo a 6-week training course involving continuous study, examinations, and the completion of Supernumerary flights to obtain their Cabin Crew Wings.
