Cabin Crew Information Day

Join us for a Cabin Crew Information Day in Dusseldorf on May 20th, 2026. This event provides a realistic insight into the profession and includes a company presentation. Recruiters will be available from 12:00 for on-site interviews.

  • Note: Walk-ins are welcome. Candidates must hold the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel within the EU.

Role Overview and Benefits

As a Ryanair Group cabin crew member, you will operate across our 90+ bases, delivering top-class safety and customer service. Training begins with a 6-week course covering fundamental skills, followed by Supernumerary flights to earn your Cabin Crew Wings. Training commences February 26th.

Candidate Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live, work, and travel freely throughout the EU and the Ryanair Network.
  • Height between 157 cm and 188 cm.
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to adapt to a shift roster, including early mornings (from 5 am) and late evenings (until midnight).
  • A passion for travel and customer service with a "can-do" attitude.
