Cabin Crew Careers: Ryanair Group Information Day – Karlsruhe

The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its team of over 16,000 cabin crew members. Ryanair will host an informational event in Karlsruhe on May 13th, 2026 . This session provides an engaging insight into the cabin crew profession, company culture, and the role's daily responsibilities. Interested candidates are encouraged to attend to meet the recruitment team.

Interviews for qualified candidates will commence at 12:00. Walk-ins are welcome; however, all attendees must possess the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel within the EU.

The Role and Training

Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive six-week training program covering fundamental safety and customer service skills. The course includes periodic examinations and culminates in supernumerary flights leading to the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. The role requires flexibility, as crew members must operate early and late shifts, ranging from 05:00 starts to midnight finishes.

Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height must be between 5’2" (157 cm) and 6’2" (188 cm).
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to adapt to a shift roster, including early and late hours.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • A genuine passion for travel and engaging with the public.
