Cabin Crew Careers – Ryanair Group

The Ryanair Group is seeking motivated, customer-oriented individuals to join its team of over 16,000 cabin crew members. With over 3,600 daily flights and a network spanning more than 90 operational bases, the airline offers extensive career development opportunities, ranging from Base Supervisor roles to senior management positions within the flight operations department.

Cabin Crew Information Day

Interested candidates are invited to attend the Cabin Crew Information Day in Nürnberg on May 15th. This event provides an overview of the profession, followed by an opportunity for interviews with recruiters starting at 12:00.

  • Attendance: Walk-ins are welcome. Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel within the EU.

Role Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height between 5’2" (157 cm) and 6’2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • A flexible, hardworking, and outgoing personality with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to a shift-based roster, including early mornings and late nights.
  • Passion for travel and engagement with the public.

Training and Career Progression

Successful candidates will undergo a 6-week intensive training course covering safety protocols and customer service standards. The program includes regular examinations, culminations with supernumerary flights, and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.
