Interested candidates are invited to attend the Cabin Crew Information Day in Nürnberg on May 15th. This event provides an overview of the profession, followed by an opportunity for interviews with recruiters starting at 12:00.

Role Requirements

Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Height between 5’2" (157 cm) and 6’2" (188 cm).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

Proficiency in written and spoken English.

A flexible, hardworking, and outgoing personality with a "can-do" attitude.

Ability to adapt to a shift-based roster, including early mornings and late nights.

Passion for travel and engagement with the public.
Training and Career Progression
Successful candidates will undergo a 6-week intensive training course covering safety protocols and customer service standards. The program includes regular examinations, culminations with supernumerary flights, and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.
