Ryanair Group carries over 600,000 guests daily across more than 3,600 flights. As the airline expands, it is recruiting the next generation of Cabin Crew for deployment across its network of over 90 operational bases, primarily during the Autumn/Winter months.

The Role

Serving as a vital member of the Ryanair Group Cabin Crew team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout their journey. This dynamic role involves direct interaction with guests, maintaining high safety standards, and contributing to a positive travel experience. The position requires adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to work demanding shifts, including early mornings starting as early as 5 am and late nights returning past midnight. While rewarding and adventurous, it is a safety-critical role demanding focus and professionalism.

Training and Development

New Cabin Crew members undertake a comprehensive 6-week training course designed to equip them with all necessary fundamental skills. The curriculum focuses on delivering top-class safety and customer service standards. The training program includes regular exams and culminates in Supernumerary flights before candidates are awarded their Cabin Crew Wings. From day one, crew members are immersed in the Ryanair Group culture, with numerous career paths available, including progression to Number 1 (Senior Cabin Crew), Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or potentially Inflight Director roles.

Requirements

Applicants interested in the Cabin Crew position must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Approximately between 5’2 (157 cm) and 6’2 (188 cm) in height.
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person in the water.
  • Demonstrated hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality (advantageous).
  • Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
  • Enjoys dealing with the public and possesses the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English and able to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
  • A passion for travelling and meeting new people.

Assessment Process

Candidates will be invited to attend an In-Person Assessment Day upon review of their application. The assessment day is scheduled for 22 July 2025.
