This position requires flexibility and adaptability to work a shift roster, including early morning duties starting as early as 5 am and late shifts returning near midnight. New recruits undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course covering all fundamental skills necessary for the role, including safety protocols and customer service standards. The training involves study, regular exams, and practical experience through Supernumerary flights before individuals receive their Cabin Crew Wings.
