Cabin Crew

Welcoming over 600,000 guests on more than 3,600 daily flights, the group is recruiting the next generation of Cabin Crew members to operate from its extensive network of over 90 operational bases. No prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for those with enthusiasm, a strong team spirit, and a passion for travel and service.
Cabin Crew members are responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and security onboard, alongside providing exceptional customer service to guests. This role demands adaptability and the ability to work variable shift patterns, including early mornings and late nights, as safety remains the number one priority in all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the safety and security of passengers and crew in accordance with aviation regulations.
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the flight experience.
- Handling passenger inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
- Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated crew team.
- Adhering to demanding and variable shift rosters.
Training and Career Progression:
Successful applicants will embark on a comprehensive 6-week training course, free of charge, covering all essential skills required for the role. This internationally recognised training includes rigorous study, exams, and practical experience through Supernumerary flights, culminating in the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. A daily per diem is provided during the training period.

Requirements:
- Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work within the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Height should be approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Possession of a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality is highly beneficial.
- Adaptability and willingness to work a shift-based roster.
- Enjoy interacting with the public and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English with ease.
