The Role:

A Cabin Crew member at Ryanair Group plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and comfort of guests. This demanding yet rewarding position requires dedication, flexibility, and a proactive approach to customer service. Responsibilities include operating early and late shifts, with report times potentially as early as 5 am and return times as late as midnight, reflecting the nature of airline operations. Safety is paramount, underpinning all daily duties.

Training and Development:

Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive, internationally recognised 6-week training course. This program provides all the fundamental skills required for the role, focusing on top-class safety procedures and customer service delivery. The training involves regular study and exams, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings. Assessment Process:

Ryanair Group regularly hosts In-Person Assessment Days for prospective cabin crew. Candidates will be invited to attend an assessment day, such as the event scheduled for 22 July 2025, upon successful review of their application.
