Role Overview

The Cabin Crew position is a dynamic and rewarding career. While no prior experience is required, candidates must prioritize safety and be prepared for a fast-paced environment. The role requires commitment to a demanding shift roster, including early starts (from 5:00 AM) and late finishes (until midnight). Candidates should possess a customer-oriented mindset and high levels of enthusiasm.

Requirements

Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
Height requirement: Approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person in the water.
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.
Adaptable to working a shift roster, with a hardworking and flexible nature.
Outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for travel and meeting new people.
Comfortable speaking and writing in English, with the ability to successfully pass a mandatory English Language Assessment.

Mandatory Application Process

All candidates must complete an English proficiency test and a situational judgment test. Failure to complete these assessments will result in disqualification from the selection process.
