Role Overview
Safety is the primary priority for all Ryanair Cabin Crew. This is a fast-paced, demanding role that requires flexibility. Candidates must be prepared to operate on a shift roster, including early starts from 5:00 AM and late-shift duties concluding at midnight.
Mandatory Application Requirements:
All candidates must complete an English proficiency test and a situational judgment test to progress to the interview stage.

Candidate Requirements

Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Height requirement: Approximately 5'2" (157 cm) to 6'2" (188 cm).

Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and provide support to others in the water.

Proficiency in written and spoken English, verified by a mandatory assessment.
