Role Overview

Safety is the primary priority for all Ryanair Cabin Crew. This is a fast-paced, demanding role that requires flexibility. Candidates must be prepared to operate on a shift roster, including early starts from 5:00 AM and late-shift duties concluding at midnight.

Mandatory Application Requirements: All candidates must complete an English proficiency test and a situational judgment test to progress to the interview stage.

  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height requirement: Approximately 5'2" (157 cm) to 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and provide support to others in the water.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, verified by a mandatory assessment.
  • Hardworking, flexible, adaptable, and outgoing personality.
  • Passion for travel and engaging with the public.
