Cabin Crew
Description
Ryanair, Europe's largest airline group, is seeking dedicated individuals to join its expanding team of Cabin Crew members. With over 16,000 crew across a growing network of 90+ operational bases, Ryanair delivers best-in-class customer service to over 600,000 guests daily on more than 3,600 flights.
Joining Ryanair as Cabin Crew offers numerous benefits, including unlimited discounted travel across the airline's network of over 250 destinations, an industry-leading 5 on 3 off roster pattern, and competitive salary packages. The airline provides world-leading training at no cost to the candidate.
Prior experience is not required, as the comprehensive training courses are designed to equip individuals with all the fundamental skills necessary to deliver a safe and top-class inflight experience. Upon successful completion of the training, crew members receive their 'Cabin Crew Wings' and are prepared to commence flying duties.
As a member of the Ryanair Group Cabin Crew family, individuals are immersed in a culture that offers significant career advancement opportunities. These include progression to roles such as Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or potentially Director of Inflight.
While life as Cabin Crew is rewarding and presents opportunities for adventure, it is also a demanding position where safety is paramount. Crew members are required to operate varied shift patterns, including early starts (potentially reporting as early as 5 am) and late finishes (returning home near midnight). The role is best suited for customer-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess high levels of enthusiasm.
Please note: Candidates are required to complete a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test as part of the application process. Failure to complete these assessments will result in disqualification from progressing to the interview stage.
