About the Role

As a member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew, the primary responsibility is to deliver a top-class safety and customer service experience to guests. This involves operating on board Ryanair Group aircraft, adhering to a fixed roster pattern that includes early and late shifts. Opportunities for career progression within the group are extensive, ranging from supervisor roles to management positions.

Requirements

• Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Height range of approximately 5'2" (157 cm) to 6'2" (188 cm).
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person.
• Excellent customer service skills with a "can do" attitude and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing English, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
• A passion for travel and interacting with new people.
• Enthusiasm and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior cabin crew experience is required.
• Successful completion of a 6-week paid cabin crew training course is mandatory.
